Are you thinking about having a little bling at your wedding? Well, when one of our brides says, I want to see bling, we give her bling! Jackie Belzone, Planner at Liven It Up Events, took on a bride this summer that wanted to see some sparkle at her wedding. The venue had already been selected at The Crystal Gardens at Navy Pier. What is great about the Gardens is that it has a natural look to it, with palm trees, brush, and the cobblestone floors. What is also great about this space is the gorgeous glass ceilings, which give such great natural light! The challenge can be, creating a modern/bling setting in an urban oasis. Take a look and see how Jackie and the team helped made this dream wedding come to life!

Seems like this summer we were at Cafe Brauer quite often. To be exact, it was close to 16 weddings we were involved in at this lovely venue. It is one of the venues that we do love the most! This wedding was quite fun! It took place in the summer and our friends at Paramount Events were the caterer. As you can see, they served a great meal. The first course, a buratta caprese salad which was divine!
Our colleagues at Kloeckner’s flowers were able to create this fun summer/fall look and we played with the colors blush, coral and seamist, but still staying true to the natural elements at Cafe Brauer.
The cake was over the top from Cake Chicago. It was large and made a grand impact when the guests entered the room!
And the day was also in part a success because of us working with our friend, Misty Winter or Misty Winter Photography, Toast and Jam DJ’s, Windy City Limos, Shutterbooth and all else who made this day come to life for this great couple!
Something great to mention about this couple was in lieu of favors, they decided to make a donation to The Chicago Canine Rescue. We thought this was a great idea and thankful to have worked with such a kind couple!
And there you have it! Another wedding RECAP at Cafe Brauer by Liven It Up Events! More RECAPS to come- See more at: http://livenitup.com/wedding-recap-cafe-brauer-6/#sthash.WTKfFNZ4.dpuf
